This video is inspiring. A leader doesn’t just make his/her people come to them; the leader goes to his people and LEADS them to their destination. A true leader finds his/her people’s weaknesses and strengths and improves them to make them a better person. John Wooden was one the greatest leaders that has ever lived because not only did he make everyone of his players much better, but he also incorporated all his players to his basketball team. He did not leave anybody out beacuse he knew that all his players had great potential.
    Ganesha AVID!!!
